fREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Our FAQ section should provide you with some of the most commonly asked questions. If you do not find something you looking please get in touch.
Do I have to be home for the removal process?
No. As long as you can provide the contractors with access to the property, you do not need to be home for the process.
How much does tree service cost?
Each tree is different, so we base our pricing on access (can our trucks reach the tree?), thesize of the tree, the level of difficulty (are there wires involved?), and the amount of clean up. Because of these factors we will come out to give you an estimate before your job is scheduled.
What makes trees dangerous?
Trees that have structure defects, that are unstable, or that have dangling or damaged branches are among the most dangerous trees. A large tree is not dangerous in and of itself-unless it poses a potential hazard due to damage, disease, injury, or instability. Trees may exhibit structural problems at the base or in the upper canopy, so a full inspection is necessary to truly gauge the potential risks your home or yard are exposed to. Our crew are experts in identifying trees that pose a danger.
How soon will my project be scheduled?
If your project is an emergency, such as a fallen tree or leaning tree, we will do our best to address your needs as soon as possible. Scheduling care typically varies depending on the season. Typically projects are scheduled within 5 days to several weeks, depending on the size and scope of the job.
What if a tree needs to be removed, will my property be protected?
We take every precaution necessary to protect your property and minimize any impact to the landscape. For example, our crews lay down protective mats over sensitive areas when necessary. Further, our foremen and crews are extremely experienced in all types of removals and pruning including hand work, aerial lift and crane work. Our clients constantly compliment us by mentioning that it is almost impossible to tell we were on their property other than to perform tree work!
